I am the founder of indigoforce TM, author of the Success Readiness Bootcamp TM, a step by step process that enables people to easily discover their unique talents and abilities and match them to majors, jobs, industries and leisure pursuits. Gina is also the co- author of Powerful Connections Made Easy, and a former Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), with over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources executive. Currently she is working on her book – Caged in My Cube: The Turnaround Guide For Loving The Job You Hate.

I live with my husband, two children, and two dogs in Morris County, NJ and I was inspired to create indigoforce after the birth of my second child. Once I learned that my daughter was on her way, I decided to leave my cushy Vice President/head of Human Resources executive role (even though I loved it dearly). I just knew I had no desire to be “Super Woman” and the chance I had before me to experience being solely dedicated to my young family was never going to come around again in this lifetime. About six months after being home with my family, I decided to combine my talents and interests with my corporate achievements to create indigoforce.

Prior to indigoforce I graduated from Seton Hall University with a business degree and served for over 20 years as a human resources professional primarily in financial services organizations including Alliance Capital Management and Prudential Financial. I also worked for a private foundation which gave me insight into the philanthropic responsibility and impact of organizations.

I designed, implemented and dealt with the daily challenges and successes that resulted from various policies and systems in employment legal compliance, employee treatment, executive coaching, recruiting and retaining talent, compensation, orientation, performance management, benefits, training, and HR systems.

Throughout my career I have maintained a goal to work at firms of various sizes going through significant business changes in order to understand how global and functional business goals can be balanced with the personal and professional desires and challenges of employees at all levels of experience.

I believe in teaching people with all different levels of aspiration, from those who are just entering the workforce to those who have already achieved the highest levels in their careers that they are essential and critical to the overall success of their company, industry and ultimately the world and the people in it.

There is so much that is so right with each individual in the workforce, unfortunately, too many people are not in jobs or careers where they can most comfortably contribute from their authentic self. As a result, what is right about people doesn’t always shine through and impact others in a way that provides for a sense of mutual satisfaction.

With so many people out on the job market with the skills and experience needed to fill the few jobs that are available, the only advantage one can truly have is an engaging expression of their will that is distinct from any other person in the workforce. Those that are aware of this will and can express it, enjoy careers and obtain jobs that utilize their unique talents and interests and they manifest happiness and success easily.
