For over 20 years, Dawn has worked in the Commercial Real Estate, Financial, Pharmaceutical and Legal industries. After being the “go to” person in every office, her health suffered. She began to have severe migraines; her face felt like it was on fire. Some mornings she would wake with a bruise on the left side of her face. Over the course of a year, Dawn saw many doctors, including Neurologists, ENTs, Dentists and Oral Surgeons. They prescribed multiple pharmaceuticals and surgeries, ultimately settling on an atypical migraine diagnosis. Feeling lost and mislead by doctors, Dawn was willing to try anything to feel better. She decided to take a holistic approach, and retrain her mind and body. Throwing the prescriptions in the trash, Dawn began practicing yoga, meditation, acupuncture, and acupressure. She certified to teach spinning and yoga, changed her diet, and got a less stressful job. Dawn ultimately healed herself, and realized she had allowed stress from work and personal issues to make her ill.

Dawn created Self Reboot® to help others avoid stress-related illness, and improve their work lives by applying the practices of breathing, movement and meditation.
