As proprietor of Outback Steakhouse his duties spanned restaurant operations, marketing, staff and P & L. As a franchise owner and NY-NJ Area Developer for Energy Kitchen restaurant chain, he was involved in the opening concept, from design and site locations to complete build-out and store openings. Presently, as founder and owner of J.A.C.S.
